They energise me, the stickier and seemingly insurmountable the better. Weird, I know.
I seek them out in everything I do; it's a force of habit.
But I can't solve them on my own. I don't have all the answers. Nobody does. Nobody is as smart as everybody.
Nothing brings me greater joy than bringing people together to untangle a mess - collectively identifying pain points, raising clarity and simple solutions along the way.Â
But simple isn't easy, of course. This is where the design bit comes in.Â
I use a range of structured workshops and design processes to replace open-ended discussions with more ideas, clearer decisions and better outcomes.
